GENERAL NOTES
☑ Pit depth should not be less than 1800mm (In critical cases min. 900mm can be accepted)
☑ Lintel required 2400mm from finish floor level.
☑ Overhead should not be less than 5000 mm (In critical cases min. 4900 can be accepted)
☑ Both side walls should be min. 230mm RCC, front brick wall 230mm preferred
☑ Trap Door required at machine level (If trap door not possible then ladder to be provided by client ☑ for machine access.)
☑ For ARD device space required at top floor landing.
☑ Floor height of minimum 2300 mm needed for door openings.

REMARKS
☑ Maximum Car Travel is Permitted upto 60 metres.
☑ Speeds available are 0.50 mps & 1 mps.

Option For Car Lift

Hydraulic Elevators

Hydraulic systems have a fluid-driven piston mounted inside of a cylinder that lifts the cab. These elevators are best for low-rise buildings no more than five stories tall.

Traction Elevators

Traction steel ropes are used to raise and lower the cab in traction elevators. These systems are found in mid- to high-rise buildings.

Machine Room-Less (MRL) Elevators

Either traction or hydraulic, MRL commercial elevators don’t require a machine room. This can create more space in your building and requires less energy to operate.
